Solution 4 : Retained search

We define retained as follows:  Our client will provide us with a detailed position description, annual reports, list of desired targeted competitor companies, list of any activities associated with the search previously whether it be internal or external, a timeline, and contact information for the executives involved in the interviewing process.  Once received, our firm will review the description in detail with our client's designated managers.  We will then begin the search. Once telephone screened, that individual is then passed along to our client.
